1. Payment Terms

• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned items and may take up to 14 days.

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

• Cancellations after this period may incur a restocking fee of 10% of the order value.

• Our liability for any claim arising from the supply of materials is limited to the cost of the materials supplied.

• Steel: Sold in various grades and dimensions, subject to availability. Custom orders are non-refundable.

• Cement: Must be stored in dry conditions. We are not responsible for degradation due to improper storage.

• Bricks: Dimensions and colors may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.

• Pipes and Fittings: Installation must be performed by a qualified professional to ensure warranty validity.

• Electrical Equipment: Must be installed by a certified electrician. Warranty void if improperly installed.

• Lifts: Installation and maintenance services must be performed by authorized personnel.

• Interior Materials: Custom orders (e.g., bespoke furniture) are non-refundable.

• Ready-Mix Concrete: Delivery timing is crucial to ensure product quality. Delays beyond our control may affect performance.

10. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to the materials and their documentation remain with us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
